Avanto’s operating model separates the home from daily supports so participants can keep genuine choice and everybody can see who is responsible for what.
The principle
The SDA provider manages the accommodation — not the participant’s everyday support life.
Our role is focused on the dwelling, accommodation arrangements and SDA provider responsibilities. Other NDIS supports remain with the participant’s chosen providers.

Why separation matters
Housing should not become leverage over supports.
When housing and support are tied together, a participant can feel they have fewer practical choices. Avanto’s model is designed to avoid that dependency.
We can communicate with a participant’s SIL provider, support coordinator, family, nominee or other authorised person where that helps manage the home — but housing and support decisions remain appropriately separated.
Registration status
Registration is currently in progress.
Until formal approval is received, Avanto does not represent itself as a registered NDIS provider. Any current or interim residential arrangement must be clearly distinguished from a registered SDA service and handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
